I. Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Basic Provisions

These terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded between you and us, the provider (Marie Matondo), via the website www.mirandamatondo.com. They also apply if you use your own terms, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

A consumer is any natural person concluding a legal transaction for purposes not primarily related to their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person, or legally capable partnership, acting in the course of their professional or commercial activity when concluding a contract.

§ 2 Conclusion of the Contract

The subject of the contract is the sale of goods.

By listing a product on our website, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract under the conditions listed in the product description.

A contract is concluded via the online shopping system as follows:

• Selected products are placed in the shopping cart.

• You proceed to the checkout, enter your personal data and payment/shipping preferences, and are shown a summary of your order.

• If using an instant payment system (e.g., PayPal, Instant Bank Transfer (Sofort)), you may be redirected to that provider’s website, then back to our site.

• Before submitting the order, you may review or modify your input or cancel the process.

• By clicking the “Buy” button, you agree to the contract and it becomes binding.

Order processing is handled by email, some of it automated. Please ensure your email address is accurate and that emails are not blocked by spam filters.

§ 4 Right of Retention, Retention of Title

You may only exercise a right of retention if it relates to the same contractual relationship.
Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

§ 5 Warranty

Legal warranty rights apply.

As a consumer, we kindly ask you to inspect the goods promptly upon delivery and report any obvious defects or shipping damage. This does not affect your legal rights.

Deviations in product features are only valid if agreed upon before the contract is concluded.

§ 6 Choice of Law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, mandatory consumer protection rules of your home country also apply.

3.1. The contract language is English.
3.2. The full contract text is not stored by us. You may print or save your order before submitting. After submission, you will receive all contract data and terms via email.

5. Prices and Payment

5.1. All prices are final total prices. Due to our small business status under Austrian law (§ 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG), no VAT is charged or shown.
5.2. Shipping costs are shown separately during the checkout process.
5.3. For deliveries outside the EU, additional duties, taxes or bank fees may apply and are your responsibility.
5.4. If payment is made from outside the EU, bank or exchange fees may apply.
5.5. Accepted payment methods are displayed during the order process.
5.6. Unless otherwise noted, payments are due immediately upon contract conclusion.

6. Delivery Terms

6.1. Shipping options, delivery times, and any restrictions are detailed on our website and during the checkout process.
6.2. For consumers, the risk of loss passes to you only once the goods are delivered. If you choose your own shipping service, you bear the risk once the item is handed to that carrier.
